Who we are
Bill Thompson started with Reiki over thirty years ago. He is currently a Master level Reiki practitioner. He is a retired nurse and his years of working in the health care industry taught him the healing power of presence. He believes that Reiki energy is for a recipient's highest and greatest good. He wants to act as a channel for that healing energy for all people.
Della Thompson has been practicing yoga since 2015 and was certified as a 200 RYT in 2023. A former high school teacher, she uses her instructional skills to help clients grow their own yoga practice. She currently teaches at Wildwood Yoga and Wellness Studio and does pop up classes at other studios in the St. Louis area. She also has a level II certification in Sonic Massage from the Center of Sound. Della has experienced the transformative healing power of yoga and sonic massage in her own life and wants to bring them to the community at large.
